What we collect, and why
Last updated October 29, 2026. This notice covers this website and the consumer-app waitlist. It does not cover the open-source app, which runs on your own machine (see how the open-source version handles data).
Waitlist
What we store: your email address, your first name if you choose to give it, the date and time you joined (UTC), and which version of the signup wording you saw. We don't store your IP address, browser details or referring page with your signup. To limit abuse we keep a short-lived counter keyed to a secret-keyed hash of your IP address, deleted within about a day. Cloudflare, which runs the signup, may separately process technical data such as IP addresses to operate and secure its network, under its own policies.
Why: to email you about the HealthSteward consumer app: when early access opens, and occasional progress updates. We don't sell your information, share it for advertising, or use it for anything else. We also get a weekly summary of new signups by email, sent through Cloudflare, to track interest.
Who handles it: the signup runs on Cloudflare (a Worker and a database), and the list is stored there, in a database located in the United States. We don't use a third-party form or email-marketing service for signup, and the form loads no third-party scripts. If we later use an email service to send updates, we'll name it here before we do.
Health information: the form doesn't ask for any, and please don't send any. Joining the list doesn't create a medical record.
Your choices: to be removed, to get a copy of your information, or to have it deleted, email contact@healthstewardai.com. We'll delete your entry. We'll also keep a hash of your email made with a secret key, which can't practically be reversed without that key, so you aren't added again by mistake. We keep it only while the waitlist exists. Cloudflare keeps database history for up to 7 days so the database can be restored, so a deleted entry can remain in that history for up to that long. Every email we send will also include an unsubscribe link.
This website
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which keeps its own server logs (for example, IP addresses) under GitHub's privacy statement. We don't run analytics or advertising trackers on these pages. The waitlist form sends your entry to our Worker at waitlist.healthstewardai.com, which runs on Cloudflare.
